Layered pasta baked in the oven with bolognaise sauce and special Basciamella sauce
Pizza Margherita
This pizza is named after Queen Margherita, the reason being when she visited Naples inthe 1880's, she enjoyed the pizza so much the chef named it after her: with tomatoes, mozarella and onion
